Passion, Power, & Purpose in 2019: 3 part series Workshops

  • Mi Vida 2418 Juan Tabo Boulevard Southeast Albuquerque, NM, 87123 United States (map)

All workshops are ALL LEVELS.

The first weekend of the year is a powerful time to reflect on what we really want to create in the 2019, connect with ourselves and each-other in a meaningful way. Over this weekend we will explore the themes of Passion, Power and Purpose and learn to navigate the path of Living Yoga through applying Vedic philosophy to modern life through the practice of yoga, meditation and writing reflections. Students can attend all 3 sessions to receive the full experience or drop in for a session that resonates.
$25 per workshop OR $60 for all 3 workshops.

Friday 4 January at 7:30pm-9:30pm
We begin with the path of Passion, learning how to identify what lights up our soul, recognize the ways we sabotage and stop ourselves from living a life we love. We embody the path of passion through heart focused yoga practice, including creative back-bending practice to inspiring live music. We complete the practice with a meditation on cultivating compassion; the heart of passion.

Saturday 5 January at 12-2pm
The middle path, the path of Power is about activating self knowledge, the capacity to be honest with ourselves in the present moment and dwell in the deep peace and trust that All Is Well. This core activating practice invites students to burn through illusion and step into the clarity and courage to stand in ones Truth. As with each session, we finish with meditation and writing to integrate the theme in body and mind.

Sunday 1-3pm
The path of Purpose takes us directly into our Why and asking ourselves what is is to live a life full of Meaning. Your unique purpose for being here and the gift you have to offer is already known within you. In this session, we create space for inner listening with a grounding yoga practice, slowly opening the hips, lower back and legs and bringing our inspiration and ideas into manifest form and intention daily action.
